Excellent pay and benefits for UC service employees

UC is committed to providing competitive pay and benefits for all employees. Current wages for UC service workers are 17% higher than similar positions in the same markets. Previously, UC proposed to AFSCME leaders increasing service workers’ pay an additional 12% over the next four years.
